The limo had non-working AC (100 F day), only 4 seatbelts for total of 12 passengers ( 9 children, seat belts were requested specifically and promised). Car was dirty, trim falling down. Price quoted did not include the non-negotiable 20% tip, far too high for this level of poor service. Ruined my daughter's birthday party.
