Hurricane Ike removed my 75 gallon water heater from my garage in Bayou Vista. I had heard about the tankless water heaters and called Abacus to find out more about them. Bob Connelly came out and explained all about them. He seemed so competent and was so kind. He rearranged his schedule to come out the next day, a Saturday, to install my new heater. He and his helper Mason worked all day and even after dark to finish the job so that I would have hot water that night.
